Aromatic Thay rice is an indigenous variety of Chachengsao, Thailand. Also known as Jasmine rice, it is recognized for its marked aroma and its elongated grain. It is perfect to accompany fish and vegetables and gives its best with spices and aromatic herbs. We recommend cooking this rice with steam or with the pilaf technique.
