An explosion of colors and taste, with our crunchy vegetables, peeled and cut by hand after harvesting, flavored with wine vinegar and preserved sweet and sour with a touch of extra virgin olive oil according to a traditional Tuscan recipe, used for years in our company. Sweet and sour giardiniera is one of the most traditional Tuscan appetizers and side dishes. Often prepared with julienned vegetables, our version is instead offered with vegetables cut into larger pieces to enhance their crunchiness.
