Project by The Good Land, a company based in Bologna, which helps small farmers develop valuable products with a positive impact on the territory. This preserve was born within the “Future Mediterranean” project with only farmers who identify with the legality and prosperity of their territories. Produced in the province of Ragusa by a small group of cooperatives extremely attentive to workers' rights and product quality. In fact, in addition to processing the tomatoes the same day, the project is part of the "No Capolarato" movement. The project was created precisely to combat irregular work in agriculture and give dignity to workers through respect for their rights, directly addressing the issue of gangmastering.
